Join us as a Lounge Agent and you’ll be on the front line, delivering the kind of unforgettable experiences that wow our customers from the second they step into the lounge.
It involves meeting and greeting customers at the door, answering questions and queries quickly, courteously and professionally, serving food and drinks, taking payments via cash and card, assisting with business services such as printing and Wi-Fi access, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service every minute of every shift.
You’ll also spend your time checking and maintaining all lounge facilities, dealing with and reporting discrepancies and incidents, and keeping accurate records of all lounge customers, including new bookings.
We’ll also expect you to help out with training new colleagues too, which means you’ll need some experience in a customer driven team environment, along with a recognized customer service qualification and a high degree of computer literacy.
And strong communication skills, a flexible approach to shift working, and plenty of initiative are all just as important if you’d like to take advantage of one of the most exciting opportunities in the US aviation industry today.
